Not the best service

Nobody answered the customer service emails and no one specified that the office was closed on bank holidays.

Poor service.

Absolute rubbish! I'm not used to having my word questioned and I do not like it. Their so-called customer service needs to accept that occasionally BHS is at fault and not the customer.
