UPDATE: Since passing your review on to our customer service team, they have said that they found no return request raised under your email address or notification of your return, and can only find the 2 emails that you sent this morning. Could you kindly confirm your returns authorisation number? If you do not have this, could you kindly confirm the tracking number from your chosen courier you mention ‘Evri’ and we will investigate this with our returns team as a matter of urgency. Our returns policy can be found on our website and states "If you wish to return any goods you must inform us in writing (letter, email or fax) within 14 days beginning on the day after delivery of those goods. The date of delivery will be as recorded by our carriers. Once we have your request for a return our customer services will give you an authorisation number.
