We can only offer you our sincere apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience you experienced with your take-away Afternoon Tea, particularly as it was intended as a gift for someone who had been in hospital. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive expecting your order to be ready, and are so sorry that this was not the case. It is also disappointing to read that the presentation was not to our high standards.
