User friendly and very straight forward. Really easy to find what I was looking for. Lots of pictures and quick booking procedure.

It was straight forward to use but I have booked the high ropes but was not given the choice when so have to ring to book this in.
Also the opportunity to book the restaurant should be also available...

Wonderfully friendly and helpful service!
The customer advisor I spoke to to make the booking was incredibly polite, friendly and helpful in tailoring the booking to suit our needs. I wouldn't hesitate in phoning to book again.
