Expensive phone costs and Internet booking form not working
Internet book didn't work at all. Had to fill it out twice before I decided to call.

Good on smart phone when on website
Easy to use on my smartphone which is a Samsung s5. i would like to see a area on it for room request, say a room with a flat screen tv or not driving want us to hold you're bags until you leave....

Unfortunately I couldn't continue with my on-line booking (the website said there was a problem and to ring the call centre. It would have been helpful to have this number included in error...
