The booking service was good, however the display and information for room photos and check in times wasn't clear at all. I do all bookings now on my mobile, I don't think the service is optimised...

Good booking process
Very good visual site. Only slight issue was with the booking of the waterpark extra tickets not giving you the choice for the 2 days for 1.

Not clear at all, no info about opening times, closing times.
All links on the site were down, I will have to look on trip advisor to find out my queries.

Would definitely use this service again.
Very easy to use the online booking service and when I rang with a question the advisor was very good at his job. Friendly and efficient.
