We sincerely apologise for the delay on your order. We have looked into this for you and can see that the reason your order was delayed was because we had trouble locating one of the shoes as the one we had ready to send had a minor defect and did not want to send this to you. However, someone should of been in contact with you to notify you of the delay. We usually dispatch items a lot quicker and this is by no means a reflection of our usual delivery time. Whilst we can appreciate that you may find returns to us expensive we do offer free delivery on all of our orders across the UK to our customers, and in some cases these can be next day depending on the location of the stock. How you return them to us is up to you, we do recommend they be recorded/ signed for by the post office to ensure you have a record of the return but this is entirely up to the customer. If you wish to speak to anyone to help when purchasing a shoe then please do not hesitate to call us in the hope that we can avoid the need for a return in the future. Sincerely, Francesca
