We appreciate the need of wanting know where your items are so we think it is important that our delivery service offers this. DPD are great as they do text our customers with estimated delivery times and options to leave with a neighbour or re-arrange! So it is great to hear you found this to be helpful! We have been trying to contact you about your order via email. We do not have a contact number for you, could you please email us or call us on 0208 446 4795. Whilst we would love to be more competitive with our pricing we do hold concessions in Harvey Nichols and Selfridges which mean we have many additional costs which is reflected in our prices, and these need to be the same on our website. However, we do offer free delivery, 10% off if you spend over a £100 and £5 off your next order. So whilst we can seem slightly more expensive, this is not always the case with these benefits in mind. Sincerely, Francesca

We are very sorry to hear you found our delivery service to be slow. Unfortunately we do not give the option of next day delivery as you put it., however we offer free delivery on all of our orders and dispatch and deliver these as quickly as possible. If your items are in our main warehouse then you will receive them for next day delivery, if not, then we have to call the stock in and this can take slightly longer. But on all orders we try our hardest to get them out to you as quickly as possible! Sincerely, Francesca
