We are very saddened that you feel this way. We have looked into your order and can see that you firstly wanted to change the delivery address and were not happy with the fact that you had to pay duty on your items. This is unfortunately not in our control but the US customs, this is regular procedure when placing orders internationally. As my colleague explained we did try to accommodate this as much as possible for you so that you incurred the least possible amount of duty, but it is beyond our control. We have many happy international customers that place orders with us all the time and it is very unfortunate that you felt you had a bad experience with us. We can only apologise and assure you that we do our best to help our customers with their requests and make their ordering process as easy as possible and hope that if you do choose to order with us again you will have a better experience.
