My holiday was cancelled because of Covid19 and I recieved the last bit of my refund yesterday 24/10/2020... almost 6 MONTHS from my departure date.. Terrible service and I won't be using them again....

Hi caroline, I sent a complaint to your complaints department on 22/10/20.It was regarding my return transfer. I was in the hotel lobby 15minutes before my Pick up time only to be told my coach had been and gone 20 minutes before. I had to pay 1100tl =100euros for a private taxi. Because when I and the receptionist phoned the help line they hung up twice. Could you please help me to find out what is happening. Could you phone me please to discuss this matter. You say you're here for me,yet I have still not had a reply regarding my recompense for having to make my own way by taxi to the airport. At great expense to myself because the wrong pick up time was displayed on the hotel notice board. I have sent proof by recorded delivery to your complaints department and I haven't had a reply from them either. I know this much I would never reccomend your company after the experience I have had.

Not at all happy with this company , how long does it take to get back to me , 20 days so far since last communication , just want our money back . Ryanair have repaid back to Loveholidays , how long can they hang on to it ?
