Very poor service
Very bad. Trying to contact them trough all possible ways, but nothing. They very nasty to take money from account, but when need to refund to customers they are very busy and can't contact us. Very...

Hi there Nice, but there no in place the link or anything else about live chat on your website. Also have been writing on Facebook and don't have any responds from loveholidays. Don't know why but my last booking account looks different than previous. There is no "holiday options" to claim money back, like is saying on website. Regards .

Not responsive company, still waiting for a refund 4 month later
I never leave bad reviews, but this time I feel I have to. Booking holidays was so easy with them, I'll give them that. However, since holidays got cancelled it took them ages to even get in touch...

Pay refunds on previous holiday!! Still owed £2000 from previous holiday, how about you crediting it to our new holiday balance??

Wasted a whole day in a queue on your live chat last week to be fobbed off by your staff so won't be doing that again in a hurry as not first time. Been waiting since March! Think legal action is next step

So if Ryanair confirmed that they have refunded the flights aspect of the holiday sometime ago and yet I recieve no refund despite your media saying that refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt from the airline, when can I expect my refunds?

This is NOT the case. For my initial booking I rearranged my flights myself with the airline. You then claimed a refund for my flights without my permission. I have not received any refund and now I have to pay for my flights to secure them. You charged back the cost of my flights with the airline and I am currently in contact with their fraud department regarding this.

If the new flights you've booked with Ryanair are more expensive than the original, you'll have to pay the difference in the two prices directly to the airline. If you do not wish to do so, you can request a refund from the airline and once received we'll process the funds back to you. Thank you.
