Apologies you didn't get the tracking number. According to Royal Mail the package was delivered today at 10:47am. Again we're sorry for the wait. Please let me know if you have any further issues.

After writing this review, the next day I got a call from Dale apologising, there were issues that shouldn't have happened he advised he would speak to customer service advisers that i had already spoken to that shouldve resolved it sooner, however as soon as Dale made that call he sorted my liquids to be resent that day and I received them this morning. Increased rating to 3 stars as there were issues that shouldn't have happened. 5 stars for Dale solving it like he did. Thank you

Order was dispatched on 05/01/21, was told to wait 10 working days as there are RM delays, I was happy to wait but it is now 22/01/21 and still no delivery!
