We do take all of our customer feedback very seriously to ensure that we are providing you with the very best customer service from ordering the product online to it arriving on your doorstep. We understand that many of our customers shop online for the convenience and we do not wish to make receiving your product difficult. Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to offer a timed service but we are always looking at ways in which to improve. They generally deliver between 9-6 however in some areas couriers can deliver later however this tends to be the minority.
