We are sorry to hear that you had a less than favourable experience with the instructor you had on your drive. Rest assured, we take this feedback seriously, and we will be investigating with the supplier at the venue to ascertain what happened. We are also sorry to hear that the Cobra itself was slightly uncomfortable for you to drive in. We do state in the copy for this experience on our website what the minimum and maximum height restrictions are, however, as this was a gift that you received, we appreciate that you may have missed this information, for which we apologise.

As we are the acting agency selling the experience on behalf of the supplier through our site, we have no representatives at event days run by the suppliers at the venue, so we are unable to provide specific availability information for certain vehicles ahead of time. Regarding certain vehicles being unavailable on the day, it is worth noting that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues.
