Regarding the condition of the cars, it should be noted that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues. Regarding venue facilities, as Abingdon Airfield is one of our multipurpose venues and is primarily an airfield, what facilities that are available to customers there may be limited compared to say, the motorsport venues such as Castle Combe that this experience is also hosted at. We do advise customers in our terms and conditions that, except in the case of severe weather conditions and associated warnings, to dress and equip appropriately for experiences, as these will proceed in all weathers. Regarding the photo and video package purchased at the venue on the day, as this was purchased directly from the supplier of this experience at the venue independent of what was sold through our website, any issues regarding this will need to be taken up directly with them. Good afternoon, We are just getting in touch regarding the review you left us yesterday on the Double Supercar Drive for Two experience at Abingdon Airfield you booked with Trackdays. Thank you for your patience whilst we investigated the issues you raised with the supplier at the venue in respect of the delays in waiting times you experienced. Unfortunately the delays incurred on the day you attended was owing to a shortage of instructors they could not replace in the time span they had on the day, for which they have asked us to extend their apologies.
