Regarding the condition of the vehicles, it is worth noting that they are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues.
Regarding the upsells of extras on the day, these are offered to all customers attending the venue by the supplier at the venue. This is an additional stream of income for them independent of the experience that is sold through our website as the acting agency, and whilst there is no obligation to take them up on the offer, it is offered to all customers out of courtesy.
