Poor timing and poor communication for click and collect order

not happy

I waited for 2 weeks for my parcel which i am now told i not going to get. They have said they are refunding my money and i am still waiting for that.

Good shop to but things from .

Rated low because my order had to be cancelled had to go in shop to buy my items after refund but overall never had a problem with works normally .would recomend works great value for money great...
