Very professional operation.

The onboarding, checkout, and checkin were all very smooth. The only downside was the size of the base: everything was ok, but the staff were very busy, and some lines were long.

Nice size boat overall. But the service at home base was terrible at best

1. Make sure the items ordered and paid by customer ahead of arrival are actually on the boat. 2. Our boat was missing cushions for almost all of the outdoor seating areas. 3. Didn’t find out there...

Very frustrating the day we left the base. We found that one toilet base was leaking smelly brown water...took several hours to get fixed. We found no snubber in the anchor locker and never got one...
