Excellent Provisioning

The provisioning at Granada was the best we've ever had. Plenty of excellent fresh vegetables and fruit, although I'll have to admit that the meat was somewhat disappointing.

I have chartered several times with Moorings, This was the best experience so far. The staff was friendly and responsive. The boat had a few minor glitches but it fairly new, clean and well equipped.

Trip of a lifetime ... Paradise Found

Wonderful, trip of a lifetime .. but, I rated a 4 because I feel more pre-trip information could have been provided with regards to route planning and more details of what the boat had on board...

I sent them a letter identifying the service shortcomings. There was a carelessness and lack of attention to details when the boat was delivered and this caused me both inconvenience and costs.
