Very little information was given. We were always asking ourselves “what next?” Or what are we supposed to do. The briefings felt like a check the block, not very customer oriented.

Boat was not ready. Many things aboard did not work. Response to calls for broken down generator, water maker not responded to. Not impressed. Overpaid.
