We are so sorry hear to this. I have looked into your order and can see this took 4 working days to dispatch which is within our delivery period of 5-7 working days. If the items you order are in our main warehouse then they get delivered next day, if they are in our external warehouse then these can take slightly longer, which is what has happened in your case. If you need something by a certain date, then please do not hesitate to give us a call and we can give you a rough estimate. We do not offer exchanges, we do however ask that you return the shoes you no longer wish to keep and re-order the new pair. If you are sending back to re-order another size then we are more than happy to reimburse you for your cost of postage. If you just pop over an email with proof of postage to online@step2wo.co.uk then we will be happy to do this for you.
