We are so sorry for the delay in receiving your order. I have looked into this and can see that this did in-fact take 12 working days which is obviously a lot longer than our 5-7 working days estimate. I am sure one of our colleagues did explain, but we did have a serious issue with one of our couriers having lost a vast amount of cartons that were on the way to our main warehouse for dispatch. This meant that in a lot of cases we had to re-call items and/ or cancel items from customers orders. We can completely appreciate how frustrating this must have been for you, and is by no means acceptable or common practice for us as a company. This is something we have taken up with our courier to hopefully prevent for future. We do hope you will use the offer we provided as a way of an apology. Again, we sincerely apologise.
