We went from Malta Airport to our hotel and back. The inflight was late and I informed the service so we were picked up at the right time. Everything was fine.

Wir möchten klarstellen, dass Sie einen geteilten Shuttle-Transfer (Shared Shuttle) gebucht hatten. Bei dieser Art von Transfer arbeitet der Anbieter mit vorab festgelegten Abhol- und Ausstiegspunkten und hält nicht an jeder einzelnen Unterkunft. Diese Haltepunkte werden vom Dienstleister im Voraus festgelegt, da es sich um einen gemeinsamen Transfer mit mehreren Fahrgästen handelt.
Dennoch bedauern wir sehr, dass der Fahrer trotz Ihrer Unterstützung Ihr Hotel nicht finden konnte und Sie daher an einem anderen Ort abgesetzt wurden. Wir verstehen, dass dies nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat, und bedauern die dadurch entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten.
