We are aware that your accommodation was changed, however, as we explained to you, this decision was taken with your best interests in mind as we had concerns at that time with your original hotel. I am sorry the Ngala Lodge did not meet your expectations as we always have such good feedback about this hotel from our customers. Please once again accept our apologies and we hope you will consider travelling with us again in the future.
