Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at the Coco Ocean Resort and Spa. I am sorry you found the service provided by the hotel was not as expected and you felt the food rather expensive. The general comments we receive about the hotel are very positive, so I know the management team will be disappointed to learn of your feedback, which I will I certainly pass on.
