Thank you for your review and for 5 stars despite a couple of small elements you had problems with. If you have mentioned these issues on your holiday questionnaire they would have been fed back to the hotel.

We are sorry to hear you became unwell during your holiday. This is never what anyone wants! Unfortunately 'Banjul belly' as it is known, is a very common occurrence in The Gambia. It is also a shame you did not enjoy the food served a Ngala. The topic of food is very subjective as we do generally receive very positive feedback. I do hope you managed to enjoy your stay somewhat, despite your illness!

It is true to say the staff do their utmost to try and make your stay as enjoyable as possible and are very friendly. It is great to hear you find Kombo Beach one of the best hotels in the area, that is such a compliment for the team there, thank you.
