Wasn't kept updated on the delivery . Only when I had telephoned again , was I told the date .
Staff were very friendly and efficient though

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear one of your items arrived damaged. As discussed I have arranged for the item to be collected and a replacement has been sent out today, which you will receive tomorrow. In addition to this I have sent swatches of our Boutique Linen bed linen ranges as a replacement for your Prima items. After investigating, your order was due to be despatched on the 17th, which you received confirmation of, but unfortunately we had a manufacturing delay which resulted in your order being despatched on the 19th. I apologise for the delay and have spoken with our manufacturing department. If you have any other feedback please don’t hesitate to get in touch otherwise I look forward to hearing from you when you have reviewed our fabric swatches.

Although the delivery charges were expensive, the service could not be faulted.
Delivery was a bit slow, took 5 days after ordering!

Order placed 31st August and payment taken immediatley. Goods not received until 13th September. Only contacted once around 10th September, dispite what it says on the website

Thank you for your feedback. After investigating your order I can see there was an error during the picking process which required us to make a replacement before the order could be despatched. You should have received an email confirming this, I apologise if this did not come through. I have spoken to our team to ensure customers receive this.
