Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear one of your items arrived damaged. As discussed I have arranged for the item to be collected and a replacement has been sent out today, which you will receive tomorrow. In addition to this I have sent swatches of our Boutique Linen bed linen ranges as a replacement for your Prima items. After investigating, your order was due to be despatched on the 17th, which you received confirmation of, but unfortunately we had a manufacturing delay which resulted in your order being despatched on the 19th. I apologise for the delay and have spoken with our manufacturing department. Thank you for your feedback. After investigating your order I can see there was an error during the picking process which required us to make a replacement before the order could be despatched. You should have received an email confirming this, I apologise if this did not come through. I have spoken to our team to ensure customers receive this.
