Staff were polite and courteous and made me, my daughter and my 9 month old grandson feel really comfortable. I would definitely use the service again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Well, service is good, but sellers are not very honnest. They suggested me to buy a Westminster Abbey tour for my family. I did ask if they sell a family pass, they said it doesn't exist for this...

London Bus Tour Tickets are sorry to hear that you experienced a problem with your Westminster Abbey tickets purchased from The Original Tour pavement staff. Unfortunately, Westminster Abbey do not allow third parties to sell their family ticket - However the member of Original Tour pavement staff could of explained this better.

Well, if you make a mistake, at least solve it instead of saying "it's because of them, not us". You were supposed to make me save money (so the seller said), but I lost money. You don't mind, it's not your money. To the customers: don't buy tickets with them if you are with a family, you'll pay more instead of paying less (or at least the same price).

Good tour and the boat trip was a bonus! Luckily we joined the tour near the Trafalgar Square office so popped in to convert the phone PDF into a family ticket - and got activity bags for the kids!
