Tried 3 or 4 times to book online, no good, so decided to phone without success, had to get into London to get a ticket, easier said than done.

I really felt as if I'd been robbed. Buses were so ridiculously infrequent that we ended up resorting to using taxis most of the day.

The Tower of London portion of the tour was very weak. There was no skip the line to see the jewels, we weren't brought through any of the buildings. It was so rushed and not worth the price at...
