I had a terrible time as the roads were blocked off and everywhere we went the bus driver had to either do a u-turn or a three point turn to try another route.He was fantastic and kept apologising...

London Bus Tour Tickets are sorry to learn that you had a less than satisfactory experience on your Hop on Hop off Bus Tour on Sat 29 July 2017.

This was caused due to one of the biggest sporting events taking place on the streets of London, over that weekend - The Prudential Ride London Cycling Event.

We post on our website "Event Alert Information", when we are expecting delays and diversions to the bus service, however sometimes events change at the last minute, and cause major delays.

When yourself, family or friends are next in London, please get in contact with us, and we'll make sure that you get the flight on the Coca Cola London Eye, that you missed.

We apologies for the inconvenience you suffered, but hope that you still where able to enjoy your time in London!
