Not happy with quality control as both products had clearly been used before. The help desk were good and sent one replacement but when that was also faulty and I asked for a refund they sorted it...

Too much choice, just need everything

Most of the time it's good, however delivery times are sporadic, although you do get notified if something has been delayed sometimes. Call centre are always good.
