Effective communication matters
I had to chase the order . Was told 3-5 days on the invoice and 8 days later had to chase it . Was told because it was a preorder order the delivery timescales don’t apply if that is the case then...

As discussed on our call I will speak to our marketing team so see we can re-word what is written on our invoices. I am pleased you are happy with your Box and I hope they have settled into their new home. Box is a slow growing evergreen plant and are perfect for neat border hedges as they are incredibly easy to maintain. Honest advice and quick setvice
Quick delivery and the plants very healthy. They were also much higher than I had expected.Have been planted today and look really good.
