Hi Ken, Lovely to speak to you before and I am so sorry DPD failed to deliver all of your plants. As discussed on our call I have arranged for another 5 x Photinia plants to be sent out for delivery next Wednesday, and you will be able to complete your hedge. I have also refunded your delivery charge, and as an apology I have raised a credit note against your account. Really pleased with the plants I received. I’ve planted Brachyglttis and Lavender hedges. The plants were very healthy and well established. Excellent quality all in all.

Great hedging with an added bonus
Brilliant. Part of my order was a blackcurrant bush 40/60cm tall. The delivered one was 170! Looking forward to a lot of jam next year! Griselinia in excellent condition. Delivered on time

40-60 pot grown beech.
The plants were very healthy and of equal development. The process was let down by the delivery firm. The boxes had had a rough ride somewhere along the way (not the fault of Hedges Direct)

Poor carrier
All good other than the carrier who is consistently poor. Cartons normally heavily damaged and sometimes the plants too
