Effective communication matters

I had to chase the order . Was told 3-5 days on the invoice and 8 days later had to chase it . Was told because it was a preorder order the delivery timescales don’t apply if that is the case then...

I received good service from Hedges Direct, but the plant was badly packed and the carriers were less than sympathetic to “live plants”. The plant arrived squashed, on its side and out of the pot....
