We were a little disappointed to read this as we are trying to do everything we can for our customers during these difficult times. We are adhering to the terms of the Package Travel Regulations and the advice of ABTA, both of whom are there to protect the customer's interests. Ally managed to convince our suppliers to agree to move your booking to 2021 - even though we were well outside the period where this option is usually considered - and she believed you were very happy with this outcome.
