We are very sorry that the ordered item took longer to get to you and there was a bit of confusion around it. We did go out of stock of it but had the other colour as explained. However, not wanting to let you down we put an email out to a network of people that are in the industry who managed to help locate the exact one that you wanted. I fully appreciate a little longer than expected and do apologise for that. I hope the above goes a little way as to what was happening in the time that you were waiting.

The goods arrived, but 14 days after placing the order. No email communication regarding any delay - when you pay for postage, you expect a quicker delivery
