Website's misleading stock levels!

I ordered 2 jackets, neither were in stock. I did receive a refund, however this is not the first time I have placed an order to find they do not physically have the stock despite showing 'in stock'...

We are very sorry about the stock levels we are working really hard to try and make sure that they are all accurate as quickly as we can - I know it's not an excuse but we are a small company and it's taking a while to get round to all of the products. We are very much working on this and we are as of the beginning of next year amalgamating our shop with our warehouse so it will make for a much more fluid transaction for our customers.

We are aware that there are a few issues and are addressing them as quickly as possible as do not want to upset our customers in such a way and wherever possible try to offer alternative remedies when we can.

Again very sorry for your experience.
