Awful!!!!

Took my money and didn't even send out the package ! One week later I called to enquire and opps we don't have them in stock! Not acceptable for a product that is needed immediately, very bad service.

I am very sorry they were out of stock we have had a stock issue with these breeches and administrative issues with threm still being listed.

Looking at your feedback it's very unusual for us not to send a corresponding email so I just checked and an email was sent to you on 8th September at 12:41 apologising for the inconvenience and advising that a refund had been processed. It could be that it went into your junk email. I just wanted to let you know as wouldn't want you thinking that there had been no correspondence at all from us.
