Great product shame about the service

Ordered jacket online when realised that the price in the shop was different. Product was great , but customer service was not so good

Sorry that you had a bad experience. We do lots of different promotions some are online only some are instore only - some are both. We do have a click and collect service and we publicise the fact that sometimes things may be cheaper online and would be available for collection instore if required.

I believe the particular jacket that you were talking about was held for you until you had had an opportunity to buy online at the reduced rate and the fact that we do various different promotions regularly was explained to you instore. A perfect example of the flip side to this was Black Friday where promotions were only carried out instore. Sorry you had a bad experience but I hope that you enjoy the jacket.
