Start another warm winter.

Excellent, but could be improved even more by asking the delivery company to give a timed slot if it’s necessary to have proof of delivery .

Thanks for your comment, and we appreciate your feedback. Palletline does have an automated ETA system in place, but it looks like we only have your landline number available, not your mobile number. In the future, if you would like to receive text notifications, please provide your mobile number. If you need assistance with this, please let us know. Best wishes, Certainly Wood Team

Great wood, let down by delivery service

Very helpful with sorting out the failed delivery, but I think I should have been reimbursed for the timed delivery slot payment I made as this didn't happen and the wood came the following day

Thank you for your kind words about our wood. We’re really pleased you’re happy with the quality. I’m very sorry to hear the delivery let you down on this occasion. You are absolutely right; since the timed delivery didn’t take place, the surcharge should have been reimbursed immediately. We’ll ensure this is refunded to you, and I apologise that it wasn’t addressed sooner. We really appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both our service and communication. Thank you again for your order. We hope you enjoy your firewood. Kind regards, Charlotte
