Your review has made our day! It's wonderful to hear that you love our Flamers natural firelighters and Kiln dried kindling so much that you have continued to buy it for the past 4 years and have found starting your fire easier because of them! We always strive to provide high-quality products that make your fire-building experience easier and more enjoyable it's great to hear that we succeeded. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we appreciate your continued custom. We're really sorry to hear that your experience with the crate didn’t meet your expectations. We understand the switch from bags to crates can be a bit of an adjustment and we appreciate that the handling and unloading may not be the right fit for everyone. The crates are designed to keep the logs well-ventilated and protected during transport, and unlike many standard pallets, every part of the crate is fully burnable — meaning there’s no waste left behind. We’re always reviewing our packaging options and take comments like yours seriously when considering future improvements. Your feedback has been passed along to the team. Best wishes, The Certainly Wood Team

We really appreciate your kind words and your continued custom. Best wishes, Hayleigh
