I thought the customer service was excellent. The communication was clear and I was able to obtain the correct insurance for my business needs. I would highly recommend this company to others.
Although I have stayed with you, the service has not been great.
You didn't call when asked, you didn't reply to emails, and you've sent the wrong documents.
So overall, its been a terrible...
