On checking with UPS, they have advised of delays due to fire conditions in California. However, coming from Europe, we are at the mercy of the customs authorities. Which is why we advise deliveries can take up to 12 working days which is roughly 2.5 weeks. Checking the tracking details, they state that your order is in fact due for delivery later today. We really hope your grandson loves his new sleeping bag.
