Unfortunately, these amendments were necessary due to low water levels caused by the prolonged heatwave and exceptionally dry conditions experienced across Europe.

We are sorry that the original itinerary could not be operated as planned. Due to low water levels resulting from the prolonged dry spell and heatwave experienced across Europe, a number of river cruise itineraries had to be amended at short notice.
While we appreciate that the alternative itinerary did not fully meet your expectations, please be assured that we worked hard to create the best possible experience under the circumstances and to make the revised programme as enjoyable and engaging as possible.

We are sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet your expectations due to the low water levels on the Danube, which unfortunately impacted the planned itinerary. We completely understand your disappointment that the cruise could not proceed as intended because of the exceptionally low water levels across Europe.
