Amazing service. Quick, easy, tracked delivery! They even threw in a free waterproof phone case for the water!!! Can't wait to order our second one when we have the money.

Board hadn’t been released so couldn’t get it for a week even though I’d paid upfront.

Hi Robert,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. While this board was not listed for preorder at the time of your order we did contact you straight away to make you aware of the item being out of stock as well as an offer to cancel your order and issue a full refund. You choose to leave you order in place for when they returned to stock. The model ordered arrived on Thursday and was dispatched the same day on a next day service with Tuffnells. My colleague Jessica has emailed tracking details to you. We will also give you a call to confirm receipt of this email.

I would buy from The SUP Company again. The order arrived quickly and in perfect condition meaning we could test it out a few days after ordering. It was fab!
