Hi Karl,
Thank you for leaving a review. Our terms for delivery are clearly laid out on the delivery page of our website with links to this page being present on every product page including the items you purchased. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is highlighted as incurring a 99 GBP charge - https://www.thesupco.com/delivery-i5
Your order was placed on the 7th June and Jessica contacted you on the 8th June indicating a delivery charge was outstanding. This was confirmed via email promptly and your misunderstanding of the cheaper charge as per Northern Ireland answered.
Jessica kept you updated through this entire process via email as well as forwarding you tracking upon your orders dispatch.
We have also checked the delivery label as against your delivery address and both are showing the same information.
While we accept mistakes can and do happen, we put our hands up to these and work with customers to find solutions. In this case, while I am sorry that you are unhappy with your experience on reviewing all the correspondence between yourself and Jessica I cannot see how and where at any point we have fallen short.
