As Robert explained on the phone; although you are based in Jersey and ex VAT pricing our website charged you VAT as you entered the delivery address of 'UK - Mainland' rather than 'UK - Channel Islands (Jersey)'. Due to this our website automatically charged you VAT as is due on all orders to UK - Mainland deliveries. A refund of £17.32 has been actioned.
