Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and candid review. We are pleased to learn that you found the tour good overall, that the remainder of the itinerary was interesting, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver took such good care of the group. We were sorry to read of your experience in Marrakesh. A hotel where street noise prevented sleep, where the towels were worn and in short supply, and where the bathroom drains were faulty, falls short of the standard you reasonably expected of a premium operator, and your point that a courtyard room would have been more appropriate is well made. We were also sorry that the visit to the herbalist, which was not part of the agenda as you understood it, took up the time intended for free time in Jemaa el-Fna Square, and that you were left to make your own way back. We shall share these observations with our Operations and Product Development Department, so that they may inform our review of the accommodation and the arrangements for local guiding in Marrakesh. Thank you once again for your thoughtful and constructive feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and appreciative review. We are pleased to learn that the itinerary gave you a broad experience of Morocco, and that the camel ride in the Sahara at sunset, the visits to a nomad house and a cave dwelling, the souks, the Fes pottery, the hammam and the animal hospital made the journey so distinctive. It was especially encouraging to read that your Travel Director accommodated everyone's needs and wishes, that your Coach Driver handled the varied roads so capably, and that you found the hotels and food to your liking. We also appreciate your suggestion that Tangier and Chefchaouen might be included, and your observation that Chefchaouen was well worth arranging privately. We shall share this suggestion with our Product Development Department so that it may inform our future review of the route. We are grateful that this was your seventh journey with us, and your continued confidence is greatly appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for the helpful advice you offer to future guests about reading in advance and packing light. We were sorry to learn that the size of the group did not match what you had expected when making your selection. It is understandable that this would have been disappointing, and we shall share your comments with our Product Development Department so that they may inform the way group sizes are described to guests at the point of booking. Your remarks about the limited opportunities for laundry, and the considerable cost of using hotel services, are also noted. We shall raise them with our Operations Department, with a view to considering whether more convenient options might be offered on a fast-moving itinerary of this kind. We appreciate your observation that the itinerary covers a broad sweep of history through to the present day, and we thank you once again for your candid and constructive comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that you found the visit to northern Spain well organised, and that the efficiency of your Travel Director contributed to a worthwhile, if brief, introduction to the region. We were sorry to read that the tapas dinner did not meet your expectations. Food that is served cold and lacks appeal would understandably have been disappointing, particularly on a cold day when a hot meal would have been far more welcome. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that they may inform our review of the dining arrangements on this itinerary. Thank you once again for your candid comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that you found the itinerary comprehensive and that it allowed you to see the finest sites across Italy and Sicily. It was especially encouraging to read that you regarded your Travel Director and Coach Driver as being of such a high standard. Your kind words are greatly appreciated. Thank you once again for your comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thorough and thoughtful review. We are pleased to learn that you found the itinerary comprehensive, active without being exhausting, and well suited to experiencing the diversity of Switzerland's regions. Your description of the scenery, the scenic railways and cruises, and the comfortable coach and well-positioned hotels is greatly appreciated, as is your recognition of the service provided by your Travel Director and Coach Driver, and of the efficiency of the luggage handling and communication throughout. It was also encouraging to read that you enjoyed the group meals and the company of your fellow travellers. Your practical advice to future guests, that the Optional Excursions are well worth budgeting for and will occupy much of the available free time, and that September offered ideal weather, is a valuable contribution. Your remark that several hotels lacked air conditioning is noted, and we shall share it with our Operations Department so that it may inform the guidance we give to guests travelling in the warmer months. Thank you once again for your generous feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such an enthusiastic review. We are very pleased to learn that you found the journey so memorable and beautiful, and that every element of it, from your Travel Director and Coach Driver to the hotels, the food and the wine, met such an outstanding standard. Your generous words are greatly appreciated. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a warm and detailed review. We are pleased to learn that the journey met your expectations and exceeded them, and that your Travel Director made such a lasting impression. His evident pride in his country clearly enriched your experience, and your observation that it is the people who make a company great is a generous one. We are also grateful for your kind words about your Coach Driver, whose safe driving, comfort and cheerful manner contributed so much to the journey. We appreciate your comment regarding the length of one section of the coach journey. It is understandable that an extended stretch of travel would have been tiring, and we shall share this observation with our Operations Department so that it may inform our review of the distances covered on this route. Thank you once again for your thoughtful feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.
