Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback, and for travelling with us on eight occasions. We are pleased to hear that you regarded this tour as one of your best experiences, and we appreciate your kind comments regarding your Travel Director's knowledge, organisation and attentiveness to every guest. We note your suggestion regarding the itinerary concluding in Zürich on a Sunday, when most shops are closed, and we recognise that this limited the opportunity to shop as well as sightsee. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the scheduling can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

We are pleased to hear that you considered the itinerary an excellent way to experience Greece, and that it allowed you to visit the major archaeological sites you had hoped to see. We also appreciate your kind comments regarding your Travel Director's dedication, particularly her attentiveness to guests with mobility needs and the additional arrangements made for dinners and evening gatherings. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you were able to see so much of England and Wales, and that you found the Travel Director and Coach Driver accommodating and helpful throughout. We are sorry to learn of the conditions you encountered at the hotel in Barnstaple. A small, damp room with an unpleasant odour falls well short of the standard we expect for our guests, and we regret that it detracted from an otherwise highly positive experience. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the matter can be reviewed with the property concerned. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour well organised and informative, and that you enjoyed the places visited across Northern Italy. Thank you for your kind and considered review. We are delighted that your Travel Director kept the group so well informed in advance, and that you came away having learned so much about the culture of the countries you visited. Clear communication of this kind contributes greatly to the ease and enjoyment of a journey, and we appreciate your recognition of it. Your practical advice regarding cyclists is also well taken. Bicycles are a prominent feature of daily life in many European cities, and a word of caution about listening for the sound of a bell will be of genuine use to prospective travellers. It would be a privilege to welcome you on another tour in the future.
