Delivered promptly, no issues there. Sadly can't buy logs any more as access impossible for big pallet trucks

Thank you for your wonderful review. We're delighted to hear you were happy with your purchase and that it arrived quickly. We are very sorry that we are unable to supply you in bulk going forward due to the changes in our delivery methods. We hope that a solution can be found in future but if not, it might be worth considering our small courier option for Fire Kits (https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/products/logs-in-boxes). Thank you for being a loyal customer and we are pleased we are still able to supply you with our Flamers natural firelighters and other small parcel deliveries. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Delivery was on the agreed day and alerts sent and called in advance.

Precise delivery of order. However, customer service did not reply to my message about the price-volume issue.

The crates must go. The logs are great

I find no benefit in the move to crates. The quality of wood is still 5 star and I'll continue to buy from them, but please return to bags or give customers the option. Or make the crate burnable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we appreciate your continued custom. We're really sorry to hear that your experience with the crate didn’t meet your expectations. We understand the switch from bags to crates can be a bit of an adjustment and we appreciate that the handling and unloading may not be the right fit for everyone. The crates are designed to keep the logs well-ventilated and protected during transport, and unlike many standard pallets, every part of the crate is fully burnable — meaning there’s no waste left behind. We’re always reviewing our packaging options and take comments like yours seriously when considering future improvements. Your feedback has been passed along to the team. Best wishes, The Certainly Wood Team
